Marceno has used taxpayers funds to promote his self image and to advertise himself. The placement of his name on all police vehicles and in some cases his full image on transport vehicles does not have a public purpose. 

The opening of six Outreach Centers does nothing for the public safety in Lee County. The cost of opening these centers and operating the centers are extensive, the placement of his name and bigger than life size pictures of himself at these centers does nothing to promote public safety. The list of other non-public issues that only serve for Marceno's self image will be discussed in other presentations.
