CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED WITH SAO

After the submission of a 565 page criminal complaint against Carmine Marceno to the Florida Attorney General Office, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the Florida Ethics Commission,

The Florida Attorney General Office has responded and advised that the criminal complaint needs to be filed with the State Attorney Office (SAO) 20th Circuit Office in Fort Myers, Florida for a criminal investigation.
