Governor DeSantis I am writing to you and asking you to demand that a thorough and comprehensive criminal investigation be conducted by the Ethics Commission of Florida and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) as it relates to a 565-page criminal complaint that has been recently filed against Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno. If any criminal violations are discovered, that you direct Carmine Marceno to be removed from office and appropriately prosecuted. Thank you.
